Test Pit Investigation

​When visual and textural identification and bulk samples are required for moisture-density and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) determinations, near surface investigations to shallow depths of 3 – 4 metres are done utilizing various construction plant. Such plant include mini-excavators, full-sized excavators or backhoes, owned and operated by any of the many contractors with whom we have built long-standing relationships over the years.
